No. The Guard Mobile App runs on modern iOS and Android devices, including personal phones under a BYOD policy. Location is only captured during an active shift.

What happens when there is no signal?

The mobile app is offline-first. Clock-ins, checkpoint scans and reports are stored on the device and sync automatically once connectivity returns, keeping the original timestamps.

Can clients see our internal data?

Only what you publish. The client portal is scoped per contract, so clients see coverage, tours, incidents and invoices for their own sites and nothing else.
